Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the product you ordered, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item so we can resolve it quickly.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about an unopened item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@flintriverorganics.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions.
- Ship the item to: Flint River Organics, PO Box 244, Woodbury, GA 30293. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
