I tried the Full Spectrum oil, not knowing what to expect. I took about a 1/2 dropper full and in about 30 minutes I can say I felt a very nice sensation in my body- light and relaxing. I think it could be a good replacement for drinking alcohol, much healthier and without any side effects.
