The flavor on this is the best I have had in a tincture. It’s such a natural blueberry flavor as opposed to some I’ve had that seemed very artificial. I’ve taken this to start my day and it’s nice, but lately I’ve been taking it to help me wind down and sleep! It doesn’t make me tired, which is nice because you can take it any time of day. It just takes the edge off a long day and helps me clear my thoughts before bed. That is when I find it most beneficial for myself.

I picked up the peppermint over at The Peach Shed at Fitzgerald Farms. I take it at night for sleep and it has helped me so much. The directions said to start out with 1 drop per 10 pounds of body weight but I was nervous about that so I started out with 5 drops. Am up to 8 drops right before bed and I sleep well! The taste is pleasant with no aftertaste and I wake up easily in the morning…no lingering after effects. I love this product!
