I like the Delta8, but I do not use it as regular as Full Spectrum. I take a small (1/4) bite of the gummy for ease of stress and also if I have a lot on my mind.
It has a very relaxing effect on me. I start out in small doses. Some nights I take 1/2 gummy for bed if I am very wired.
